		<description>Yes, I&#039;ve been holding back on purchasing many quality applications on itunes since I noticed my purchases were converted to USD amount on my Credit Card bills, even when my itunes email reciept indicated the price as $0.99.  I think they should put the price of the applications upfront as either S$ or US$, to save everyone the bitter taste when they recieve their bills..</description>
