Ya…
I was in correspondence with them for over a 6month period.
Never actually even getting my product.

They said, “oh! sorry! we have ready and will now ship it to you.”
Like 5 times.

Never kept their promises. Incredibly disappointing.

Absolutely horrible experience with Treegloo. After placing my order (actually a record order, after canceling my first), I received a personalized confirmation email stating that I should receive my case in under 2-4 weeks. I still took over six weeks for the case to arrive. Yes, It did arrive! However, upon inspection, I found the workmanship to be unsatisfactory and have attempted to return the case. Treegloo has so far failed to respond to my attempts to reach out to them. Very disappointing.

I have the same story. Ordered mine in May and here is is October 2 and no case. I must admit that they have responded to my e-mails until the last one I sent a few days ago, haven’t heard a word. I haven’t asked for money back …but I want my case. By the time I get it I’ll be ready for the IPad 2!

I too wait…& wait…mine was ordered May 23rd & I too have received almost the same responses, especially about being shipped “next week”. It’s been 8 weeks & no definitive answer about when it will be delivered. When I ordered I expected to 2-4 week wait which is what the site said. Honestly I understand they are a small Hands on manufacturer, but I wish the production time was realistic, I shoveled out $89…& I have nothing to show for it. Maybe the iPad3 will be out by the time mine gets delivered >:-l

Sad to say I had a similar bad experience with Treegloo. Ordered an Ipad2 case on March 28th (the first day you could place such an order). Actually got it in mid April, but the frame was warped. The Ipad wouldn’t stay in the frame, and I couldn’t access buttons through the cut-outs. After an e-mail exchange, paid to ship the case back with a promise that a replacement would be sent. Waited two months. E-mailed a couple of times and was always promised my case would ship in a couple of days. Finally requested a refund on June 15th, which I received through Paypal. Don’t understand why they keep making promises they can’t or won’t keep. Would never recommend them.
