Here’s an easy to set-up link target preferences which I will try to add to this site in the future.
Normally, this entry should be on the right-hand column, but I just realised I had uncharacteristically deleted that whole database for it.

update – realised it was because of the MT Blacklist bug which, I happened to read about it. Stupid me. Thankfully it was only the link blog which got decimated.
